The church was funded by the Chapter of Gniezno in 1742. It is an oriented sanctuary with a log-framed structure. Inside, the Late Gothic crucifix from the first half of the 16th century, precious sculptures and procession floats, and also the Manneristic main altar from 1630 deserve special attention. In the altar there is a copy of the picture of the Sistine Madonna by Rafael and a copy of the painting by Guido Reni presenting St. Archangel Michael. It is a two-level triptych with columns. A gate bell tower built in the same period as the sanctuary leads to the churchyard.
