The former bishops’ manor, the seat of Gniezno archbishops, constructed in the late 17th and early 18th centuries. A columned portico decorates the front elevation of the classical-style building. The monogram of the founder, Bishop Stefan Łubieński, is situated over the entrance.

Half of Suffragan Villa was designated as the house of vicar priests, the other half remained unoccupied and was at the disposal of suffragan bishops while their stayed in Żnin.

In 1995 the manor was returned to the parish of St. Florian.
